Top guy and top coach, helps as much as he possibly can and will put as much time into you as you need to improve as a player.

I’ve been training with Hish for the past few months. As well as being a great coach, he’s a better person. He always checks on me to see how I’m doing and what I can do better myself. He always makes sure the sessions are specific to help improve my performance and that I feel like I’m always improving.

I honestly cannot thank Hish enough for all his efforts, dedication and persistence. The Support and effort he puts into his work is beyond words.This isn’t just about football, it’s about hard work, mental state, mind set and all the other great attributes it takes to exceed and become a good sports person. Through your mentorship you have installed some of the most important qualities you would want you child to have, and I owe this to you.

Hish really cares about his boys. There have been times when Hish has spent time just working on my son’s confidence and talking to him. There have been time when my son had a session and he has not touched a ball, but you would be working on his strength, mentality or bad knees and you would be giving him therapy. The list goes on, to me you are just not a coach, you’re a mentor and someone my son looks up to. I remember bringing my son in the middle of winter on the fields, with hardly any lights, in the freezing cold. You pushed through regardless of obstacles and never gave up. I admire your work ethic, it’s a different level. It’s an absolute pleasure to be part of such a unique programme. And to grow with this programme has been the best experience yet.

I cannot recommend Enhance Performance enough. Hish puts in 100% effort into all his players, regardless of age or capabilities. I have seen youngsters hardly able to control a ball and within weeks they have come on heaps ad bounds. Most importantly I see all the children happy and engaging. I have watched Enhance Performance grow and the quality you receive now is just as great as it was from day one. Hish you are amazing at what you do, you’re passionate, hardworking and deserve all great things that are about to come your way. It’s been an honour to be part of the Enhance family.

Hish was offered an Athlete Scholarship in 2020 as he joined Northumbria University’s MSc International Sports Management Programme and the University’s football team which I had the pleasure to coach at the time. He made a substantial contribution to out team through his hard work, phenomenal football skills and team play, and soon became a role model for the rest of the players, setting the highest standards in terms of discipline and commitment.

I am excited to see Hish take up a professional career in football development. Based on my experience working with him, the fantastic dedication I see he is putting into supporting young talent, and the results he is already achieving, I truly recommend having Hish as a football coach to take your football skills to the next level.

Hish has been instrumental to my development to date. He has taken time to evaluate and understand me as a young player, in order to identify my strengths and understand the areas in which I need to improve on. Using his experience and capability to truly understand players, he has taken time to build a robust, bespoke training programme for me which has been implanted during focused 121 sessions.

This in turn as allowed me to build on my strengths and improve my weaknesses, making me an overall better player. His experience of assisting players of all abilities and talent, provide him with the perfect platform to really get under the skin of every player he is involved with. The variety at the sessions make it exciting, interesting and definitely allows boundaries to be pushed.

I am now a young player fortunate enough to be pre-signed with Man City Academy and I’m enjoying every valuable experience that is being created.

However, any opportunity that I get to re-engage with Hish to continue to develop as a player and improve on my technical ability I exploit. A fantastic mentor and coach that I would highly recommend and to feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work collaboratively with and will continue to do so as my football journey continues.

Fabio has been part of Enhance Performance for a while. Honestly that’s been the most challenging in Fabio’s football journey. His left foot is much better now. To be fair you’re one of the best coaches I’ve ever seen. You’re a great sports person, it’s about your hard work, mental state and everything else.

Hish is an amazing football coach who genuinely cares about the players he works with. He will go above and beyond to help me. The combination of one-to-one and group sessions is intense and delivered to a high quality and detailed standard.

Hish is dedicated when working with you individually, spending time on both your strengths and weaknesses, whilst also making the sessions position specific.
