ETP football academy for children aged 6 to 9 years old is a fantastic idea to promote physical activity, teamwork, and skill development at an early age.

ETP offers 1-1 and group football coaching and complementary services to young talent and those looking to take their footballing ability to the next level.

ETP allows motivated and elite coaches to join our team and branch out in their local city and country.

Hishi Lama
- The Founder – Hishi Lama
Enhance Training Performance is led by Hishi Lama, a former professional footballer with a strong academic and athletic background.
Hishi holds a BSc in Sports Development from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an MSc in International Sport Management from Northumbria University, where he was awarded a prestigious Football Athlete Scholarship.
- International experience
Hishi brings a wealth of international experience, having played and worked professionally in countries including Canada, the United Kingdom. He currently serves as a scout for Swansea City Football Club, leveraging his deep understanding of the game to identify and nurture emerging talent.
- Coaching
Throughout his coaching and mentoring career, Hishi has worked with elite academy prospects from top clubs such as Manchester City, Newcastle United, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Feyenoord, and many more. His approach is informed by collaboration with professionals across Europe’s top leagues, all with the aim of helping the next generation of players reach their full potential.
