At Enhance Training Performance Academy, we believe better coaches create better players. That’s why we’ve launched our Coach Education & Club Support Programme, aimed at local grassroots coaches and junior football clubs who want to deliver football the right way – from the very beginning.

Our coaching programme is built on real experience and includes:
- Detailed session planning – age-appropriate, structured, and progressive.
- Safeguarding & child development – understanding how to coach children, not just football.
- Live demonstrations – watch and learn during our academy sessions.
- 1-to-1 mentoring – personalised guidance to help you grow as a coach.
- Club partnership support – we work with your club to raise overall standards.

Hishi Lama
- The Founder – Hishi Lama
Enhance Training Performance is led by Hishi Lama, a former professional footballer with a strong academic and athletic background.
Hishi holds a BSc in Sports Development from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an MSc in International Sport Management from Northumbria University, where he was awarded a prestigious Football Athlete Scholarship.
- International experience
Hishi brings a wealth of international experience, having played and worked professionally in countries including Canada, the United Kingdom. He currently serves as a scout for Swansea City Football Club, leveraging his deep understanding of the game to identify and nurture emerging talent.
- Coaching
Throughout his coaching and mentoring career, Hishi has worked with elite academy prospects from top clubs such as Manchester City, Newcastle United, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Feyenoord, and many more. His approach is informed by collaboration with professionals across Europe’s top leagues, all with the aim of helping the next generation of players reach their full potential.
